All you need is .....
Bleeding tissue paper, white paper, a large paintbrush, a small dish of water, and a tray to contain the crazy.
Start by having your little one rip the tissue paper into small pieces.
Next have them place the tissue onto the white paper in whatever pattern they choose.
Then paint on the water....
Peel off the tissue....
Ta~ Da!!!!
