The Hubs is in love with all lemon flavored baked goods. Hence why I spent the first year of our marriage mastering the perfect lemon meringue pie. Mission accomplished by the way! Anywho, I made these cookies for him a few weeks ago and they were a hit. My daughter LOVED them as well. I thought I would share the yumminess (is that a word?) with all of you ~
