Great Books for Todds

I received an email from a local mama requesting some book recommendations.Yay! We LOVE books. I started buying books for the biscuit before I was even pregnant. We have found some absolutely darling books that I would love to share with all of you, especially with the holidays around the corner!! Here are a few of our faves...

An adorable story about being yourself! My daughter LOVES this book.

This book is about a magical adventure of a boy who goes exploring with his friend, the Moon! Beautiful illustrations and a lovely story!

This is an adorable story by by Philip C. Stead.
If your little one loves animals they will love this book!

If you do not have this book on your shelf, go and get it!
It is such a cute story and it helped my little one go down at bedtime!

Cookies is beautifully illustrated by Jane Dyer.
This book introduces the concept of manners and feelings in such a unique way. We love it!

I love this one! This is a tale of Gerald the giraffe, who wants nothing more than to dance. With crooked knees and thin legs, it's hard for him to find his rhythm. However in the end he can dance to a tune of his own! Super cute illustrations and a terrific story, perfect for toddlers!

The Umbrella is such a fun book!!
When a little boy drops his umbrella to climb a tree for a view of the animals, they all cram into his  umbrella! It gets so crowded in the umbrella that there isn't even enough room for a little hummingbird. So over the umbrella tumbles, everyone falls out, and poor little Carlos comes back wondering why he didn't see any animals all day.
